ECO BUILDING

The Eco Building is a 4-story multi-family building; with a high standard of energy efficiency, characterized by modern and modular architecture. A ventilated facade is used as an exterior cladding, which can be adapted to the preferences of each client. On the images is included a facade with a photovoltaic membrane, a vertical garden, and wooden cladding.

Each floor has four apartments, resulting in 16 apartments per building. The gross floor area is 1672m2. Each apartment has an area of 99m2 and includes a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room.

Compliant with all legal requirements regarding accessibility.
